Amazon
music

A streaming platform wanted to think like a fan. I already was one.

As Senior Art Director at Movement Strategy, I help shape the creative behind Amazon Music's social presence, designing, concepting, writing, and directing depending on what the work demands. Every piece has to feel like it lives in the artist's world and Amazon Music's.

The work spans three modes: artist campaigns built to live inside an artist's world, reactive content that moves at the speed of culture, and evergreen brand work designed to last.

Zara Larsson: Girls Trip

Reactive.

As a fan, I didn't need a brief. I already knew what the moment called for. As the art director, I built the concept around the album's aesthetic and the energy the community was already bringing to it.

Instagram:

Zara flying across the world to

pick up her collaborators.

The kind of story fans want to believe.

With 10.3k likes, this became the highest performing post on the account

TikTok:

A photo slide built to feel like it was shot inside Zara's world. The kind of content fans are excited to share.

Tomorrow x together

Campaign.

Groups offer multiple entry points. I art directed this trading card series that gave each member their own frame, so every fan had something made specifically for them.

ZAYN: KONNAKOL
Artist Capture.
I spent time in fan spaces before touching the footage, so I already knew which moments would get clipped and shared by them before I made a single cut.

Melanie Martinez: Hades
Artist Capture.
The goal was getting her real personality on camera: playful, unguarded. The best capture moments are the ones where the artist forgets the camera is there.

John Summit: Ctrl Escape

Campaign.

Every art direction had to feel like it already existed in his world: the aesthetic codes, the textures, the mood. Something his fans would recognize as belonging.

ARIES SEASON PORTRAITS

Evergreen.

Illustrated portraits developed evergreen. The idea was to take Aries artists and render them in a Renaissance painting style, regal and majestic.
